ORDERS

1. What's next after I placed my order?

Your next steps are easy:
1. To avoid losing your reservation, please pay for your order within 3 days from placing it.
2. Send your:
    • Proof of Payment
    • Order Details (we sent these in your email together with the sales invoice) to marketing.trendbuilding@gmail.com

2. The item I want is out of stock 

If the item you are interested in is out of stock, select or tap “Notify When Available” on its page and sign up with your email to get notices when we restock. 

PAYMENT

1. How to pay? 

Choose your preferred mode of payment: 
  • Bank Deposit / Online Fund Transfer
  • BDO
  • GCash
You will receive an order confirmation after your payment has been confirmed.

2. Can I opt for Same day delivery?

2. How can I track my order?

The order confirmation sent to you provides an estimate date when your order is ready for delivery. 


RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

1. How can I return my item? 

We have a no return no exchange policy 


PRODUCT WARRANTY

We are not connected with Lalamove and we are not liable for any damages on the products / orders resulting from negligence of deliver rider or unauthorized modification of the product and of package / delivery handling caused by natural disaster, and theft or loss of the products/orders thru Lalamove delivery rider.
